Just got off the phone with Amanda account specialist who told me that my daughters 3500.00 paycheck couldn't get a hold taken off it because USAA didn't have the funds to cover it!!! Holding her paycheck for 7-10 days! On top of that she bought a new house one month later the roof started leaking and saturated her living room hallway and made her house on unlivable and USAA wouldn't even pay for her cost to live or shelter!!! Thank god my husband served his country and we chose USAA to take care of us!! Saddest part is I told my child to take the higher premium because USAA takes care of their own! Sorry my bills will be late this month because I have to front my daughter her paycheck! SO DISAPPOINTED

If you've already discussed your concern with us over the phone, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an alternative resolution concerning the removal of the hold. Funds deposited using the Deposit@Home / Deposit@Mobile service are not subject to the availability requirements of the Federal Reserve Board regulations. USAA may determine a hold needs to be placed based on factors such as the length and extent of your relationship with us, transaction and experience information, as well as other factors USAA, deem relevant. My daughters has been with the same company for 3 years. Mobile deposit from the same company NEVER late any late pays NEVER any overdrafts never any bounced checks!! USAA has failed!
BOTTOM LINE.... USAA overspent and you as a bank can't cover our funds! No worries we will just move our poor mans money to someone who cares!!!!
