I am absoluetly fed up with USAA. Over the course of my time with this establishment, I am constantly getting screwed by them. Icing on the cake, I deposit MY MONEY using the mobile banking app just so USAA can place a hold on $1,500.00. Thanks for trashing my chances of black friday shopping. Closing my accounts as soon as you decide it is convenient to grant me access to my money. Nearly a decade of problems, it is time to take my business local.
