Looking for a provisional credit until my money is put back in. Is this possible?

P2345 - A credit won't be possible until after the investigation is complete. For an update, I would recommend you contact our disputes dept. - Cathleen

Good Morning.. I spoke to a rep from the disputes department and she informed me that my claim was put in.. I explained to her that i am hoping this is resolved asap because I have checks that are out and because of the error that was not my fault I am hoping that they are paid.. I went to the back where the error happened ans they said that they were having System issues. Am I able to get these Checks covered since the money will be recredited back into my account? I am really worried about this. I appreciate your timely responses as well.

P2345, Hi there! We understand the stress that comes with disputing transactions. Currently the dispute would need to reviewed, to determine if temporary credit can be applied. However, ATM errors are usually updated and corrected within 1-2 business days. The best option would call us on Monday to speak with a resolution specialist to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
