My credit card was hacked 10 days ago. The guy said he would expedite. I have now called 5 times and chatted once. No one knows what is going on. They keep asking to verify the account but cannot do anything else. I am very upset. I have two payments late. Why does no one have a tracking number, no one knows anything about this. Very frustrated after wasting more than an hour on this now.

I have been on hold for over 15 mintues, probably because they have no record. You used to be a well run company.

Just heard it never went out. So I called 5-6 people spent almost 2 hours on hold, and no one could tell me it never went out. FRUSTRATING
