I have been reading about USAA's terrible attention to fraud and this worries me. I recently had a fraudulent ATM withdrawal of $400 in another state from where I was. So I immediately canceled the card in question and was told the amount would be refunded. How long does this generally take since I have not been given a direct answer from any representative and hoping some people out there have had a more favorable experience with USAAs fraud department.
