I am trying to download my USAA transactions. I log on but get an error. I suspect that this is related to my PIN not being entered?
@Robert HK, Hello! I'd like to try and assist with the issue you're having. In order to login fully, you must enter your Online ID, Password & PIN.
If you are receiving an error for downloading transactions, this might be happening if you typically use a saved link, such as a Shortcut/Bookmark/Favorite to bring up our page before logging in.
I recommend clearing History/Cache/Cookies and from a new browser window, enter USAA.com directly into the address bar, to see if this resolves the error you've been receiving.
