I filed a dispute for three credit card charges and USAA asked for: proof to support the merchant received my payment by another means, the date and amount of the other payment, and a credit acknowledgment letter from the merchant.  Does the copy of the receipt showing payment from a different (debit) account satisfy all three of these if it also has the date of the transaction, the other card info and a zero balance?  Or is any additional information requred?

Hi @E.M.! The receipt of payment should be a great supporting document. I would also include a quick letter of instruction explaining the receipt. ~ Samantha
