Same here NickG.... I've opened my case twice and still no update. They tell me they are sending me an email with info on my dispute, that was 2 weeks ago and I still have nothing. I put it in 2 months ago and called in to see an update and it still wasn't even assigned! Hopefully they are giving me my money back soon...
