My issue is that I continuously keep uploading documentation that usaa is requesting via emailed letters, however, my credits are being reversed without prior knowledge as per their policy. As well As, the dispute analysts for the cases are either being lazy or I’m unsure what to say. Because I call to confirm(SAME DAY) my documents are being received and then it says USAA are receiving them days later. I’m an just tired of looking at my account every week with funds taken out and no one calls, leaves voicemails, or sends email efficiently anymore. USAA is starting to go downhill in customer service at this point. I’ve spoken to senior account executives who’ve successfully been able to remember this issue in the past. However, I keep requesting calls backs that haven’t been met and I need my funds returned to me because I was never notified it would be reversed
