Special thanks to Jessica from the Executive Resolution Office for the personal and expeditious attention she gave to my request for a corrected 1099. Before Jessica intervened, I made 3 attempts since 31 Jan 2017 to have the address on my banking 1099s corrected to no avail.  On 17 March 2017, Jessica reviewed my file and was successful in getting the corrected 1099 released in 1 working day.  Thank you Jessica for providing me the outstanding service that USAA has provided me in the past 20 plus years.
