On Sept. 12 I posted a message to this forum regarding my Cashback Rewards not being calculated correctly and someone responded that same day saying that the matter would be forwarded to an expert for review. By Sept. 18 I had received two emails from an individual in CEO Member Relations who indicated they had looked into the matter and that there were no problems and if I had any other information to let them know. I did have other supporting documentation to show that the cashback rewards were not being done correctly. I sent it to them and have left voicemail and email for them three different times since but have not received any response. What do I do at this point??
