I have a monthly automatic Billpay request for my HOA and USAA has been routinely paying it now for nearly 20 years.  This month's payment was due on 1/5/19. USAA's records show a check for $88 was mailed on 12/31/18. As of 1/13/19, the HOA says they haven't received payment and want to charge me a $15 late fee plus the original $88 for a total of $103. In the past when things like this happened, USAA would reimburse me the late fee. When I asked today I was told USAA doesn't reimburde late fees. When did this change?
