I’m not able to add external bills to billpay. The option isn’t available to me in the pay bills section.


@hybriadavenue, I'm sorry to hear of your bill pay difficulties. I would like to further assist you. I do need to send you a private message with further details but do not see you have private messages enabled. To enable messages, please click on your username at the top right hand corner of the member community page and select settings, turn on private messages and save. You will then see an envelope icon to send us a private message. I hope to hear from you soon! ~ Samantha 

I am having this same issue, I do not see an option to add Payee.
