Logged into my USAA mobile app today, after available balance it says unavailable. I have had some finacial trouble lately and my account addmitidly has dropped very low multiple times. Is there a correlation here? My debit card will not work either which is leaving me in bind. With multiple unexplained holds on checks and poor customer service I'm afraid it might be time to switch banks.
