I cannot find anywhere to "Add a Payee" to bill pay. When I look at the FAQ's, I see this has been a major problem for some time and USAA does not seem to know what to do to fix this. I am trying to move all my banking activity over from Wells Fargo, but I am now very, very nervous about the responsiveness I am seeing from USAA on just this one problem. Is this going to be the "norm"? Please answer definitively what the status is on resolving the BILL PAY "ADD PAYEE" problem and when it will be resolved.
Hello @Load Toad 1995, before you are able to add a payee, you do have to make sure you are signed up to pay non USAA bills. If you have already done this and are still having issues, please call us at 800-531-8722 for assistance. -Colleen
