After waiting for hours to get a call back, she hung up on me

I waited two hours to report fraudulent activity on my account (had to wait on a call back, twice) then the CSR explained to me that she could not help me and hung up on me mid sentence. Wow, rudeness!  I don’t know if the fraudulent claim was processed or not...


@Chris in AL, that is not how we want you to feel at all. Sorry for that experience. I am forwarding your concerns to a Bank specialist now.  ~Tom

After getting a message from the bank that my pin had been changed and I needed to contact them immediately, I have been on hold 33 minutes.
