USAA website gives me this message:

We're sorry, but our records indicate your USAA Web BillPay® service has been inactivated. To reinstate, please contact us at 1-800-531-USAA (8722) or send us a message. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I called today and spoke with two different people, one of which put in a help desk ticket. I am unsure why all that is necessary when the above text make it seem that we can just 'reinstate' with a simple phone call.


I changed to USAA and need to pay bills- thank you!


I can definitely see how this is frustrating @lynnebin. Are you able to log off the website, delete your cache/cookies and log back in and attempt adding a payee? ~ Sam
