Very disappointed in USAA, especially customer service. I went on leave for 30 something days and didn't use my account at all. I come home to find out my account is being sent to collections. After researching I found out my car loan had been charging this account instead of its intended one, leading to returned payment after returned payment. I didn't find any of this out until I got home. I tried to call customer service twice and the one time I got through to someone, she took my info then when I started describing my situation she hung up on me! I'm just trying to get this settled without my account going to collections because that can seriously impact my job. I've never had a problem before.
