I cannot figure out how to refresh non USAA accounts on the app. Id like to be able to see the current balances for them too. Is this possible and I'm missing something?

You can indirectly refresh your Non-USAA Accounts via the USAA Mobile App.

 

Here is how:

 

1. Logon to USAA Mobile App (if you haven't already).

 

2. In upper right corner click on Menu and then click Launch usaa.com (note this will log you out of USAA Mobile App)

 

3. When usaa.com appears in your phones "default browser" do this:

 

  • Click on the I want to DROP MENU next to the Non-USAA Account you wish to update and;

  • Then click Update this Account.

4. Remember to Log Off of usaa.com.

I root of the issue isn't that you can't refresh your non-USAA accounts.  It is that you cannot perform the function from the app.  This should not be a major issue to implement.

But I can't refresh credits cads from my computer!

What ever happened to the refresh button that was on the app? im so tired of having to call just to have my account refreshed when i was able to do it from the app!

Refreshing Non-USAA Accounts

I have been asking for help from USAA for almost 6 months and have gotten ZERO help!  I have been trying to update my Wells Fargo Advisors account information.  I have gotten nothing but a run around.  One minute they tell me it's Wells Fargo's fault, then they tell me it's my credentials, then they say they don't know and call me back later with the same non-working solutions.  Their so called "help" has resulted in me changing IDs and Passwords in my Wells Fargo account at least 3 times. Which has messed up my ability to access my account and required my changing the information on my cell phone, computer and tablet. USAA has wasted many hours of my time with NO results.  I have been a member for the past 35 years, and I can’t recall being treated more poorly!  They have sure changed a lot over the years and have gotten real big and stopped caring about their customers in the process!  So good luck any of you having problem with updating non-USAA accounts!  They will not help you and give you a big run around!

I'm sorry to hear of your experience and the amount of time it has taken to attempt to resolve this issue. Please call 877-632-3002 and when prompted say "technical support". A specialist can look into this issue and if need be escalate it further.
