so excited can't wait for ussa to open up today so I can cancel all my accounts with themfinally it will be freedom from the worst bank in insurance company ever

Brandon and Sara, im not employed with USAA, but I am a customer and I can't believe the statement you left on here. My husband and I have been with them a couple of yrs., and I must say they are the best bank, insurance, and loan service we have ever had. My husband received his auto loan over the website in minutes when he purchased his new car w weeks ago. That was it, asked for the amount of the loan, filled in required information and received the printed check in minutes. Also, to have the option to add other outside bank accts is another plus. I have had an issue with Wells Fargo for 5 mths, and they have over drafted my acct every o e of those 5 mths because they continued to pay an EFT that had been cancelled. However with having the accounts linked together I can just go in and transfer funds from wels fargo to my USAAacct in seconds. I hope you find a bank you're happy with, but as far as car insurance USAA is the cheapest across the board! Good luck but i must say you are crazy from leaving such a great bank..

Not all of the CSR's are bad, they must have a few from years ago still there. But I have come across a few rude, belligerent and hateful reps that made my skin crawl. Emailed to complain, and not even one I'm sorry you were treated badly. This is only happened during the last four years or so that the nasty began. USAA is the only insurance company I've ever used and began driving in 1975!! I have definitely thought about looking around even though the products are still good. But the customer service has really gone down the tubes!

Found insurance a lot cheaper and better coverage. USAA in Texas is actually one of the highest and treat military horrible

Oh my God I would never write a statement in that manner, every financial institution make mistakes, every financial institution has good things and bad things, do not think that they are perfect. It dosen't matter how we react, I know we have freedom of speech but I keep these things to myself, I am very sorry you had a bad experience but as far as I have been a member, in my opinion it's a great financial institution, i'm proud of being a member, I respect your opinion but I felt shocked and embarrassed Good luck in your journey, best wishes :)

Brandon and Sarah I'm sorry you've had such an awful time with USAA, but I'm here to tell you from a very personal experience that given the opportunity USAA will bend over backwards to rectify ANY situation, whether it's something they had a direct affect on or another company's error.  It's such a shame that you chose to give up on them because I sincerely believe they could have helped you and you would have been better for it.  Furthermore, paying less isn't always the right answer!!  Sometimes loyalty, dedication, and personalized service are far more valuable in a company.  I just hope you don't find that out the way we did--the hard way.  Good luck!!

The truth is exactly the opposite of what you have said. Just wait, they will screw you over eventually. I've been a member for 27 years, and three years ago they started failing miserably.
